DESCRIPTION
This large cowhide tote bag is perfect for working in the city, one of a kind, and handmade and designed by Madeline Hixon in her Portland, Maine studio. These unique bags are unlined to show off the authenticity of the cowhide, but still feature one large pocket on the inside for organization. All leather hides are sourced from food by-product and deadstock, meaning they would otherwise have gone to waste. Sourcing this way ensures that all Mangia! products stay as ethically made as possible. The buckle hardware was also upcycled from belts that were thrifted around New England by Madeline & her Mom(shoutout to the best)! By purchasing this bag you will gain bragging rights not only for having the only one to ever exist, but also for supporting a small artist who can now pay for rent and groceries this holiday :)
To authenticate that your handbag even further, each bag features a hand embossed leather stamp of your individual number.
